Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I purchase a Kerry Nobbs Giclee Print?

All my Canvas Giclee Prints are now available at Wholesale Direct Prices, through Quality Canvas Art (see Gallery Contacts).  Payments can be made easily and securely through PayPal, even if you are not a PayPal Client.

Do you print your own prints?

All of my Giclee Prints are printed by Origin Publishing in Brisbane.

Will my print fade?

Each print is printed on quality canvas, using archival inks and coated with a special UV sealer, at the time of printing.   Every print is guaranteed to last a lifetime against discernible fade, under normal hanging conditions.

How many prints are printed of each image?
My Limited Editions Prints come in varying edition sizes.  Some as small as 11 and as large as 250.  Each print is Hand-Signed and  Numbered as part of the edition and a Certificate of Authenticity is provided.

How will my print come?

Your print will be mailed via Registered Post in a mailing tube.  Australian customers will need to add $22 for Postage and Handling.  Outside of Australia P&H costs will be added depending on location.

Will you send me my print ready to hang?
Unfortunately I can not offer this at this time.  However if you are in South-East Queensland we can possibly arrange stretching with either a pick up from us or drop off service.

How do I hang my print?

When your print is mailed to you, you will notice an extra 4-5cm repeat edge around your image (as in image 1).  So the printed area is larger than your print size.

This is so you can have your print stretched over a stretcher bar and have a Finished Edge, without loosing any of the original image (see image 2).  This allows for you to then hang the print with out the need for further framing.  Of course you can add either a modern float frame or a more traditional frame if you wish, to suit your taste and decor.

Can I glue my print to a board before framing?

For Longevity of your print it is not ideal, stretching is recommended.  Also as I hand-sign each print on the canvas back along with the edition number, so if you were to do this you would be covering over this.  Stretcher bars come in varying thicknesses, depending on your hanging preference.

What if I love an image, but would like it in a different size?

Some of my editions do have 2 or 3 sizes available within the edition size.  On certain images, I can have a special size printed but only up to the size of the original painting.
